I wanted to take a minute to let you know just how impactful my time with Dave was in my leadership training with him. Candidly, I didn’t know what to expect when going into it, but I didn’t realize that I would literally be embarking a journey of true self-reflection.
Professionally, we mapped out my Vision and Growth Plan for a couple different paths my career could take in both the short and long term. Put simply, Dave’s candor and experience made this happen for a guy that always sort of relied on his talent vs. really putting a plan together to optimize it with goals and objectives to measure along the way.
However – If I’m being transparent, I achieved just as much, if not more on my personal “play book”. Truly what “makes me tick” and the strengths and development needs I need to focus on. The things that matter professionally, but also in every aspect of my life.
Dave – You are a gifted person. I can’t thank you enough for being tough on me when it was necessary and really making me look in the mirror. With true sincerity, it means the world to me. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I have been lucky enough to have had Dave as a mentor and coach over the last 12 months. In this time, he has given me such a valuable insight into many aspects of working across all levels within technical, management and business. His razor like insight has helped me cut through much of the noise that would previously come my way and has allowed me to easily picture and prioritise what is important and critical.
Dave has also taken time to understand me at a personal level, my motivations and concerns and reframe my challenges to allow me to become a better leader, overcome issues, build confidence, and enable my growth. This has greatly increased my visibility within the organisation.

I also continue to embrace the journey to self-development, and much of this is based on the excellent feedback from Dave, looking from the outside in. I am happy to state, that I stay in contact with Dave, still run ideas past him to check an approach, that I may be leading with, to get his feedback and views. Finally, I don’t just class Dave as a mentor and coach but a friend who has significantly helped me over the last 12 months. I cannot recommend enough anyone working with Dave who wants to continue to develop themselves.
