Our Story
Founded in 2017, we are an organisation with significant experience in business leadership, facilitation, strategy development, motivational speaking and coaching. We’re skilled in asking the right questions, helping you identify what’s holding you or your team back and giving you the tools and techniques to move forward.
In so many businesses, we see people, ideas and insights isolated from one another, struggling to find ways to collaborate. Our unique approach combines workshops, coaching and leadership development, giving you the structure and space to think about the fundamental issues facing your organisation. Through this model, we facilitate difficult conversations and create opportunities for you to step out of habitual ways of working to explore ideas more deeply. Senior leaders find that within this unique space, they can acknowledge obstructions, challenge the status quo and experience ‘aha’ moments that lead to real breakthroughs.

Meet Dave
People tell me I took an unusual journey to sales and executive leadership, working in different organisational areas which I believe gave me the breadth to be an effective leader and GM. I became a strong business leader through tenacity, mindset, holding myself to high standards, nurturing people, and always learning. I am now a consultant, coach and international speaker using my experience and track record of success in both corporate and hyper-growth environments to help businesses overcome challenges and grow. Focussing on executive and leadership development, coaching, high performance team development, business growth and sales strategy consulting.
My leadership journey led me to focus increasingly on people, and I've created coaching programmes in business, personally coached and supported teams, and individuals, taken 'chances' on raw talent, and learned a lot - mostly through successes, but with some failures on the route too... I place great emphasis on people both in business and personally - their backstory affects their performance in life and work.
I've adopted some fundamental beliefs in my journey so far: - 1. Complacency is the #1 killer of companies and dreams in people 2. Cross functional teams survive, integrated teams thrive 3. People are the defining difference in all forms of business success 4. Clarity, positive psychology, and action create everything. 5. An empowered mindset always achieves more than a victim mindset 6. Resourcefulness is more important than resources 7. Everyone has fears... with support to 'Step Up' - everyone can go further than they thought I love to help people transform themselves and their business - passionate about harnessing and unlocking the talent in people, creating a positive culture, and driving remarkable results through engaged leadership. I am also working on a special project developing a new treatment for autism and we’ve had profound results with teen and pre-teen children creating massive improvement in quality of life in restoring neurological function. No drugs, no surgery. Working to establish ethical double blind clinical trials to fully validate its efficacy and make universally available - millions of people to help! Otherwise, you’ll find me happiest on a mountain with a snowboard or skis, or at the gym always pushing myself.... Meet Kate
Kate is an innovative and industry awarded Marketer and coach with more than 15 years of experience in high-tech businesses across the globe. She has proven ability to think and influence strategically, rapidly build strong cross-functional relationships, and drive performance and effective implementation in complex and dynamic environments. She has delivered complex PR projects, omni-channel marketing campaigns and a number of strategic conferences for IT, since and bio-med industries.
Kate loves the dynamic and challenging nature of working in marketing and communications and her experience and expertise in this industry is wide reaching. She specializes in communication strategy development, events, media relations and stakeholder engagement therefore her experience in building and delivering Fuel’s workshops offerings is essential. She has joined Fuel’s team to help with strategic projects delivery and team workshops end to end organization.
Kate holds Master’s degree in International Relations & Affairs and Bachelors’ degree in Public Relations/ Image Management. Kate has been named as one of the 10 Best Global Events Marketer by the world’s most recognized content provider for the Events Industry - Event Marketer & shortlisted by B2B Marketing as Marketer of the Year in 2017 in United Kingdom. Kate is also Chair of Judges at the South East Europe Customer Experience Awards.
